My Garden Range grew from my love of nature, ritual, and gentle everyday support for the nervous system. Each spray is created with care to help you shift the atmosphere in your home, treatment room, or personal space.

How to Book Your Session
You can book most workshops and some offerings directly online via Bookwhen. For one‑to‑one therapies, many clients prefer to contact me to talk through what they’re looking for and find a suitable time together.
Sessions take place in my tranquil space in Buntingford. Appointment lengths vary depending on the therapy, but most individual sessions last around 60–90 minutes, with time to arrive, settle, and ask any questions.
