Alongside my one‑to‑one sessions, I offer small group workshops that blend gentle teaching with experiential practices. These gatherings are calm, welcoming spaces where you can learn, reflect, and connect with others who are on a similar path.

Topics may include self‑care, grounding, energy awareness, and simple rituals you can bring into your daily life. Whether you’re completely new to holistic work or have more experience, I guide you with kindness and clarity.

My Garden Range grew from my love of nature, ritual, and gentle everyday support for the nervous system. Each energy spray is created with care to help you shift the atmosphere in your home, treatment room, or personal space.

How to Book Your Session
You can book most workshops and some offerings directly online via Bookwhen.
Individual sessions take place in my tranquil space in Buntingford. Appointment lengths vary depending on the therapy, but most individual sessions last around 60–90 minutes, with time to arrive, settle, and ask any questions.
If you’re unsure which therapy is right for you, I’m always happy to offer gentle guidance so you can choose something that feels safe and supportive.
Currently there is a wait list to book treatments with no availability for onetoone therapies.
