I often blend different techniques within a session so your treatment feels natural, seamless, and truly tailored to you.
Massage & reflexology combinations
Enjoy full‑body relaxation with focused work on the feet to help rebalance the whole system. This can be especially supportive if you’re feeling both physically tense and mentally overloaded.
Massage & reiki combinations
A grounding massage can be followed by gentle energy work, helping you settle even more deeply and integrate the benefits of your treatment.
Blending other techniques
Where appropriate, elements of energy work, breathwork, or shamanic healing may be woven into your massage or reflexology. I will always discuss what feels right for you on the day.

My Therapies
At the start of your first session, I’ll invite you to share a little about your wellbeing, any current symptoms, and what you’re hoping for from the treatment. This is always a calm, unhurried conversation. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and you can ask questions at any time.
You will be welcomed into a quiet, non-clinical space with soft lighting and a feeling of warmth and privacy. You remain covered with towels or blankets except for the area being worked on, and you can let me know if you feel too warm, too cool or need to adjust your position. You do not have to talk unless you want to – many clients drift into a deeply relaxed state.
At the end of your treatment, there is time to come round slowly and, if you wish, briefly share how you are feeling. I may suggest simple aftercare such as drinking water, resting where possible, and noticing any changes over the following days. Some clients choose to book their next session at this point; others prefer to wait and see how they feel.
Most people can enjoy holistic treatments safely, but there are times when extra care is needed. Please let me know about any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent operations, injuries or medication. In some cases I may suggest that you check with your GP or another health professional before going ahead, or adapt the treatment to keep you safe and comfortable.
